Residential customers are scheduled for delivery every 28 days. A schedule containing the dates is provided. The day before we will remind you with an automated call. Commercial Customers are set up on a delivery schedule that will best meet their needs, based on volume and the particulars of their environment. If You Run Out Of Water just call our office and we will make arrangements to get an order delivered. Depending on the particulars of your order we may be able to respond the same day. Some areas require more notice, so please call our office as soon as you know your supply will not last until your next scheduled delivery. Our service area consists mainly of Ohio, some areas of Kentucky, Pennsylvania and New York are available through our affiliates.
