Scheduling Equipment
Set-Up and First Delivery

When you sign up for bottled water delivery service, you can schedule your first water delivery and equipment set-up so that it fits your schedule. A delivery representative will personally deliver your bottled water to your home or office. During your set-up and delivery of your new equipment your representative will educate you about features, equipment usage and all other items that we carry.

Contract and Billing

On the first visit, your delivery representative will bring your contract and review product descriptions, pricing and promotional plans. You will also receive your welcome brochure and additional product brochures. Your invoice will be due every 4 weeks.

Deliveries

The day before each delivery, you will receive a reminder call that your route sales representative will be stopping by the next day. You should leave your empty water bottles in the designated drop-off spot the morning of your delivery day. To make adjustments to your service, please update your order online, leave a note on your returnable bottles, send an email to contact@magneticsprings.com or call customer service at 800.572.2990.

  • When will my bottled water be delivered?
  • Your bottled water will be delivered regularly, according to the printed schedule your delivery representative provides.

  • How many water bottles will be delivered?
  • After your initial set-up and delivery, your delivery representative will replace your empty bottles with full ones. However, adjustments may be made based on your needs. If you would like a different quantity or additional products, please update your order online, leave a note for your route sales representative, send an email to contact@magneticsprings.com or call customer service at 800.572.2990

  • Where will the water bottles be left?
  • You and your delivery representative will decide on a convenient location to store empty bottles and where your full bottles will be left if you are not at home.

  • Can I change my delivery day?
  • In order to provide the service you expect, our delivery system is set up to serve specific geographic areas on certain days. Please discuss special delivery needs with your delivery representative.

  • When is my payment due?
  • Payment is due by the Payment Due Date listed on your invoice. Late charges will apply as noted on the payment stub and as set forth in your Service Agreement with us.

  • What if I forget to put my empty bottles out?
  • Your delivery representative will continue to deliver your bottled water. Hold onto the empty bottles until your next regularly scheduled delivery, at that time, the empty bottles will be picked up by your delivery representative. If your bottled water consumption has changed, it is a good idea to leave a note on your empty bottles so your delivery representative knows how many full bottles you would like delivered.
